Definately 4K camera (and the ability to switch between) so I can upload a pic to facebook and everybody is like how did you get such a good photo and i be like because i don't have a crappy iphone like you and i show up all the apple fan boys and girls.

4K video for sure is my favourite feature brings a whole new level of crispness to a phone

I would have to say selective focus, being a photographer, i love taking photos, but to always have a bulky camera for simple photos is an annoyance, and not currently having a good enough phone to be satisfied with the camera on it isn't great, with the samsung galaxy s6 edge, i could not only take great photos on the fly, but also be able to take great video and capture some great memories with ease.

 

also the 4K video looks AMAZING!!!
