980 TI in Phanteks Enthoo Evolve itx ?

Tipper
Go to solution Solved by shypin,

Can the

ZOTAC ZT-90505-10P GeForce GTX 980 Ti AMP! Extreme

fit in there ?

well the zotac website didnt provide any physical sizes

amazon says 12.9 inch (327mm) which wouldnt fit (but that is probably the size of the box instead of the card itself)

so you should try either contacting zotac support to see if the size of the card itself is smaller than 318mm or finding a review online to see the physical dimensions of the card (not the box)

the case has 318mm clearance while the stock 980 ti is just 270mm (10.5 inch)

I think that a 980 ti can fit inside the case because I saw that two people had a R9 295x2 inside their systems in that case.

It is a 12.13" card...  perhaps that can mean something for your 980 Ti selection

It looks like most of the card out there will fit, such as the ASUS Strix 980 Ti.

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

Hardware canucks did a build in the evolv itx with a hybrid 980 ti, so yes, it'll fit.

Isn't that card 3 slots wide? I think it will be right against the PSU shroud if it fits at all, so I don't think there would be any air flow to to speak of for the GPU. You'd be better off sticking with a 2 slot wide card, not the Extreme.

I double checked and even though it was a 980 used in the itx case, a hybrid 980 ti would also fit. Since they're both the same size.
