Blue particles on screen using apu

Well I am using a A6-5400k in a freenas build and lately I have been noticing it going offline randomly, I plugged in my monitor to see what was up and the computer was frozen with blue particles showing.

 

I thought this was my under volt being unstable, so i restored it to default clock speed and settings and something is still causing it. Any ideas?

My Setup:

I agree with the RMA.

 

You can also try reseating the CPU and heatsink, updating the bios/drivers, or bargaining with a BSOD gremlin (often tricky and dangerous, use caution). 

 

In all seriousness if none of the above fixes it....RMA the chip.

is it the apu or the motherboard?
