so my pc keeps restarting just goes black and turns back on and yes you are probably gonna say it's the powersupply but i changed my powersupply and it still happens

What are your system specs? Have you been checking your temps/voltages?

you really think i wouldn't have checked my temps and voltages before coming here  but yeah specs

intel core i7 3770k

gigabyte ga-z77-ds3h

corsair xms 16gb 1333mhz

msi geforce gtx 770

xfx proseries xxx edition 850w

Check the switch on the case, unplug it and start the pc by jumping the motherboard (check many sources before trying to do this about how to do it)

 

If not, probably your motherboard.

Ketchup is better than mustard.

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Dubs are better than subs
