Uh, what? It shouldn't even boot without that :x.

Is my mobo boke, how can i fix it?

 

Lets start from beginning shall we? Can you boot with just 24pin connected? Are you trying to connect 4/8pin while system is running? And if you would list your specs, we'd appreciate it.
