Need help with my first build ($CAD)

Hi, 

 

Me and my brother really need a new computer and we are willing to spend around $600-700 (CAD) on parts. The problem is that my parents really dont want to order parts online due to the shipping costs. So i was wondering if someone could help me pick out parts from the memory express website http://www.memoryexpress.com/SystemConfig/Default.aspx. 

 

All I really want out of this build is the ability for it to run smoothly when gaming on high settings.

You wont get much high settings on a $600 budget

Use ncix, but if your parrents wont let you you may as well get something from origin or i buy power, but ncix would be best

as @x7ASSASSIN7x said not much you can get for 600, but i would say, not high but decent like medium 720p

for $600 he'd be better off getting a micro atx board with an r9 270, then medium settings and high on some games
