As for a game giveaway sub-forum, it doesn't really happen that often. As it is, a fair number of games do get given away on the forum in off topic though. that would be a good place to do it.

So you are permitted to give away games! Told you... Its not against to CoC... I am going to make a forum for people to dump there steam library if they want :) maybe get one started bye a mod to make it permanent :)
