Monitor not recognized on boot

Hey folks, have a RTX 2070 with a replacement MSI Optix Mag321CQR monitor and an HP Omen (2nd). When I boot into windows, the MSI which is my main is not recognized and I have to pull the displayport from the GPU and replug it and it works fine. What do you think this is?
