What monitor has a va panel, has 120 hz refresh rate, has tilt, swivel, pivot, and height adjust. Has 1,000,000,000 contrast ratio? AND is under $400 EACH I need 5 monitors. Thanks. :) is a 7990 worth it for the monitors?

I can almost guarantee you won't find any monitor with all of those specifications.

You would have to have one specific choice.

VA Panel, 1,000,000,000 contrast ratio or  120hz. 

Not all of these.
