Laptop not displaying anything but fans are running at full speed!

So I got a prompt to update my Win 10 version, I left it to update overnight, I must have not plugged it in and the battery was low during the time of the updates, So I woke up to a dead laptop, plugged it in and now it does not display anything but the fans run at full RPM.

PS: I also bought a new set of DDR3L RAM sticks assuming that they might fix the issue, It does not work.

Any system that shows no display but fans remain running at full speed is a sign of a no POST scenario. Try clearing the CMOS. Another trick HP technicians have told me is to remove the battery and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds.

Tried that too. Does not work : /

The first thing came up in my mind is RAM issue. Try re-seating the RAM, or test 1 RAM of a time in each slot at a time.
