ThermalTake Fan Controllers

I have 4 ThermalTake Fan Controllers and for some reason the software is only picking up controller 3 and that's it, is there anyway to solve this or another software I can use to control them over this?

 

I have been told that the software tends to play up on Ryzen systems which is what I'm using, now despite the fact the controllers don't show up in the software all 16 fans are running along with the Pump
