It's a youtube channel. He has lots of content discussing the ins and outs of motherboard designs, among other things. It's much more technical than most other channels, but also harder to follow sometimes since he rambles on tangents sometimes.

Just read generally and watch. 

Read about vrms and watch build zoid. 

If you want to learn about a term you heard just look it up and read about it.

Do you know anything about circuits and electricity? Start with DC circuits. You can't build a motherboard if you don't understand what capacitors, gates, transistors, triacs, diodes etc does.

i kind of a it student as i have a understanding in programming i never learned about Circuits and electricity as you say i am fine that i'll start there
