Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Video editing for 1 to 15min videos

Other details I already have a gtx960 I could use. Want to make 2 editing rigs so that I can edit for clients such as companies looking to advertise or youtubers without editing knowledge. I'm gonna be learning editing side by side as well. I've built a couple gaming PCs for myself but I have no idea what I would need for video editing. I will mostly be editing 1080p but I want to future proof for 4k. No idea if I should upgrade for that in the future because my goal is to become a production house. I have no other parts at the moment only the gtx 960 from an old gaming pc. Any advice would be helpful in terms of monitors or hardware or software. Thankyou

Going to be working with a team for multiple clients. 2 rigs to be able to handle more demand. I have a personal rig at home to learn on these would be for the production studio house.
