Freesync with 1060 6gb

Hey, i wanted to buy a 144hz monitor, but since i'm in a budget i can't find g sync compatible monitors for 200usd or less. i wanted to know if freesync would work with my gtx 1060 6gb

Desktop: Ryzen 3600x | ASUS Prime b450m-a/csm | Crucial Ballistix 2x8GB 3200MHz  | SSD 120GB Kingston |  WD Green 2TB | MSI 1060 6GB | EVGA 850w semi-modular |

if the monitor says gsync compatible, then your good
