WISPs and What Equipment do you use?

Anyone else out here work for an WISP? I want to know what equipment you are using.

What radios do you guys use? Ubiquity? Cambium? Mimosa? 

What switches do you use? (In office and on towers)

What customer routers do you use? What features make you choose that router?

What ticketing software do you use? 

What do your speed plans look like? Prices? Caps? What is included?

What (vague) areas do you service?

 

Looking to collect some data and see what else is out there, whether its new to me or the same equipment I use?

 

Ill start. We use primarily Ubiquity and Cambium (Consisting of Powerbeams, Lightbeams, EPMP 1000 and 2000, and a handful of mimosa, but we are looking at moving away). In our office we use just about anything. On our towers we currently use Netonix switches but are looking to move to Ubiquity Edge Switches. For customer routers we went with Mikrotiks due to their remote access ability. For ticketing software we use Sonar. Our speed plans are 15mb, 25mb, and 50mb, but we are looking to offer a 150mb package soon as we build some new towers. No caps on anything. Service is in the 4 State area in the USA with focus on Oklahoma.
