Android 10: can you add apps to your notification bar?

Next to your torch, brightness settings, wifi and so on, is there a way to add actual apps in there?

I see. There's not even any third party app that allows you to do that? Such simple convenience should honestly be part of the stock experience.

I've never really looked, so you could have a hunt around for a third party app. It would be quite a useful feature
