Problems with Ubiquiti Unifi Products

Topboy

Hi Linus

Could you take a look at the UI forums specifically here as there appears to be a growing issue with Unifi’s new UDM product lines that Ubiquiti do not seem to be acknowledging or communicating with their user base about.

There are a large number of Ubiquiti users that are complaining about issues with the hardware and nothing seems to be getting done.

It would be great if you could make your user base aware of the issues and also maybe get some traction from UI to maybe communicate and or fix the issues.

Thanks

What's your issue?  The link you posted is to beta software, not an official release.

This ALWAYS happens with Ubiquiti, their devices are pretty much Beta for the first two years or so after launch.

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)
Upgrading Laptop/Desktop CNVIo WiFi 5 cards to PCIe WiFi6e/7
