Java Executables Not Opening Correctly

Hello, I recently upgraded my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10. When I was reinstalling everything, when I attempted to install optifine for Minecraft, instead of opening the installer, it opened this window. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

If you haven't yet, install Java. That appears to be what it's looking for.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hmm. It appears to be looking for 32-bit Java, have you installed that as well?

If you have or installing it doesn't work, try right clicking on the optifine installer, going to "Open with..." > "More apps" > "Look for another app on this PC" then navigate to where your 64-bit Java installation is and select "java.exe". It should be at the same path as in the image you showed, but in "Program Files" instead of "Program Files (x86)".

Try installing the Windows Offline (64-bit) version from this page.
