ASRock B550 Pro4 vs MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK

Hej y'all,

I just have a short question. Should I go with the ASRock B550 Pro4 and save some money, or should I pay an additional 36€ for the MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK?

Idk if the Tomahawk is worth it paying 36€ on top or not.

It's worth the money definitely, but whether that's just more overkill than it already is depends on the CPU and memory.

What cpu ?

The tomahawk mag is obviously better and is most likely overkill 

But it all depends on the cpu.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

Both will work just fine.

Both will work just fine.

Yeah I'd definitely go with the B450 Tomahawk max but unfortunately it does not have an aRGB header which is pretty important for me..🙄

Ah alright ( even tho you can get a controller )then just go for the pro 4 

It's plenty for a 6 core.

Huh? I know that there are controllers but are there controllers which allows u to use aRGB hardware on a non-aRGB mainboard?

The controller has argb headers and is usually sata powered or something like that.

Just get a b550 pro 4 it'll do the job.

I ordered the asrock pro4 just yesterday... same cpu...
