Compact USB Sound Card + Mic for Dock recommendation

I hope someone can help,

 

At home we use 4 different systems with a Dock, so I wanted to have my T5P headphones and any random small microphone connected to a small USB sound card.

 

The goal is that anybody using the Dock can benefit from the setup without installing any drivers.

 

I have until now tried 2 small microphones, both of them sound terrible out of the box, producing a lot of artificial noises, the second one 10 times worst that the first one. I have also tried them directly connected to a laptop without being connected to a power cable, same results.

 

Can anybody recommend a decent small microphone, compact USB Card or both together that can filter the noise out of the box, without installing additional software?
