My HIS RX470 4GB not booting

The KiD 98

So yesterday I was playing GTA 5 normaly and after dinner the card did not boot up but the LED on the PCB still light up and the back still warm after 5 minutes turned on, so is there anyway to fix it ? I asked the repair shop and they said it's gone.

Re seat the card 

Make sure the pcie connector is properly plugged in 

PC: Motherboard: ASUS B550M TUF-Plus, CPU: Ryzen 3 3100, CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34, GPU: GIGABYTE WindForce GTX1650S, RAM: HyperX Fury RGB 2x8GB 3200 CL16, Case, CoolerMaster MB311L ARGB, Boot Drive: 250GB MX500, Game Drive: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM HDD.

 

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

R3 3100 16gb ram 

I re seat the card 3 times, also cleaning it but it didn't boot

Clear the cmos 

Try with one stick at a time 

Do you have the display cable plugged into the motherboard or the card ? 

Make sure the cable is not loose.

When i test with another card it run perfectly fine so ram is not the problem, cable is plugged into the card and yes is not loose, I think my rx470 is broken cause it's a mining card that I buy used from the miner

That would explain a lot 

Put it in a system with an i-gpu and check if it's detected 

If it is 

Flash it with a consumer firmware
