First time build (my own)

Budget (including currency): none but not too expensive

Country: Philippines

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: all in one 70%gaming, 30% work

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

 

I currently have the following parts

Ram: Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 3200mhz

SSD: 500gb Samsung 970 evo plus
Chasis: Corsair Crystal 280x non rgb (bought cheap,second hand)

 

since the case is black, I will repaint it with white. here are my other preferred parts for my semi white themed rig. 
 

processor: Amd ryzen 5 3600

motherboard: ? (Prefer white/black) b4550 or b550 only

GPU: Any white/black RTX 2060 super

AIO: NZXT kraken x62

Psu: ?

 

will buy ll120 fans from corsair and attached it to rad and top of the case

 

any other suggestions or reaction with this? I am choosing aio since it’s warm in our country and +10 aesthetics plus rgb lol. 

 

Please help me, I am open for any suggestions you may imply.

you wont need an AIO for a 3600

The AIO is a massive waste of money. Use the saved money from not buying it and get yourself an X570 Prime P board if looks matter that much. Or an X570 Pro4

That's not true in the slightest. A 3600 won't bottleneck a 2070 Super, and even on a 2080, the bottleneck will barely be noticeable. You should never go for last-gen hardware when there are current-gen offerings on the market for the same price.

Upon checkingbottle neck calculator it seems fine. I also have watched lot of videos which use 3600 with 2060 super

Totally a go. You won't encounter any bottlenecking issues. If you were exclusively gaming, I might recommend that you reconfigure your budget a bit to fit a 2070 Super, but having good CPU power should help with whatever your work consists of.

2070 super is too much for me. But thanks tho, any suggestions with PSU and motherboard?

I have but power consumption is too expensive here where I live. I can’t open my air conditioning most of the time specially right now it’s summer.

For PSU and motherboard, it'll probably depend on what's available at a reasonable price in your location. Make sure you go B450 or X470 for the motherboard, and get a 500W+ PSU with either semi-modular or fully-modular cables so it's easier to install.

My apologies, my phrasing probably wasn't the clearest there. I should've said "A 3600 won't even bottleneck a 2070 Super". Bottlenecks increase the further the CPU and GPU are apart, performance wise, so I was using the example of a more powerful graphics card to demonstrate that bottlenecking won't be a problem on a less powerful one.

 

My original point, however, still stands. A 3600 will not bottleneck a 2060 super.

For the power supply, get one with good heat tolerance I'd it will live in near 40c ambients. The Corsair RMx or the BitFenix Formula models for example. The Super Flower Leadex Gold is also very good. Do NOT get a cheap crappy unit as those only have 40c ratings so the heat in your room will destroy them

 

For the CPU cooler, the Dark Rock 4 is excellent. Get that.

Consider a RX 5700 XT. It's as fast as a 2070 Super and usually as cheap as a 2060

I know it's technically a generation behind, but does it actually make a difference for a 3600? Sure, the future-proofing is there, but I feel like it might be worth it if you can save a decent amount of money.

It does. The BIOS get stripped down and support will drop faster. Not to mention he loses features, gets MUCH worse power delivery circuitry and an overall inferior product

My casing is MATX, I believe X570 Prime P is ATX, any suggestions?

Check other mATX X570 boards. All but MSI ones are good
