More RAM or Not?

This is my PC atm: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/Hz67CL

I have 2 ram stick or DDR4 3200 2x16gb of ram and currently getting 2133mhz in bios.

if I was to get another two ram stick, would the speed double or does that depend?

You want to enable XMP/DOCP in bios to run 3200mt/s (which will read 1600mhz with some softwares)

I Have but it doesnt work, i've been trying to get it working for so long but no one know what the problem is ;(
