I checked and the Cooler Boost button light was working and the fans sped up with cooler boost without a problem. The keyboard backlights are also working but the display and the harddisk activity light don't work. I connected my laptop to an external display but the external display also didn't get any signal. I removed the battery and the ac adapter and discharged the laptop by pressing the power button for 30 sec but it also di

dn't work. I can hear the HDD spinning. Can anyone please help. I have to make assignments for my University but now I can't coz of this. Please help!
