Having Trouble installing Mixed reality poital

Ive been having trouble installing the Windows Mixed Reality Portal with my new Hp mixed reality headset and controllers. ive been stuck on this screen for a while

 

I have tried

* Windows update

* Older Windows Updates

*Forcing Windows Updates

* reseting the Portal and un-installing

* re-installing WMR Portal

* restarting

 

It would be highly appreciated if anyone could help

I'd advise running this and ensuring you are able to use Mixed Reality.

Judging by the specs in your profile, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to, but it might be a driver thing?

Additionally, Google led me to this article, take a look there and try that stuff.

Had some issues with this as well, it wouldn’t let me install without the headset attached. After much messing about I found that the headset would only fully detect in one pair usb 3.1 ports with no extensions. That fixed it for me

it detects in my device manager, i mainly see the problem with the portal

ive looked at this article and have done everything so far excluding a fresh windows update
