Should I use an AIO for my CPU?

I'm going to build a PC in the Lian Li TU150. I watched some Youtube videos and the opinions were mixed if one should use an AIO or a just a big cooler fan. I'm not really versed in how to build a PC, so I'll like some additional opinions, thanks.

Depending on the CPU itself. If you're gonna overclock even a bit, you need AIO.

I prefer AIO even if I'm not overclocking or anything, to be honest.

Stock cooler is fine. My Ryzen 5 3600 is with stock cooler and it's working pretty well.

That's not true

What you are saying is that you shouldn't overclock with air coolers

There are tons of great air coolers
