is the MSI Thin GF75 9SC-052CA 17.3-inch Notebook good or any good recommendations on other ones. Under $2000 preferably. Gaming laptop also.
thanks

Not to be that guy but is there any specific reason you want to go laptop over desktop?

Main Desktop: Cpu - I9-9900k @5ghz | Mobo - Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master | Gpu - Asus ROG STRIX 2080ti OC Ram - G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB 3200mhz | Aio - H100i Pro RGB | Psu - Evga 850 G3 | Case - Fractal Design Meshify C White | Storage - Samsung 970 Pro M.2 NVME SSD 1x 1TB 1x 512GB / 1x Seagate Ironwolf Pro 4TB HDD |

TV Streaming PC: Intel Nuc CPU - i7 8th Gen | RAM - 16GB DDR4 2666mhz | Storage - 256GB WD Black M.2 NVME SSD |

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S10+ - Ceramic White 512GB |

If you ask for a Mid Tower case recommend, I will 90% of the time recommend the Fractal Design Meshify C or S2.

Ahh I see, just checking. Whats the CPU, GPU config on the MSI Laptop? When I search the model number you linked it pulls up all of the GF75 models not a specific combo.

Don't know how much you were looking at it for but it's listed on Amazon for $1018 and for $1124 you can get the RTX 2060 120hz display version. So $100 more and you get a much better GPU and a higher refresh rate panel.

The 2020 Dell G7 17" Gaming laptops are also pretty reasonable.

For the extra $100 I'd definitely get at least a 2060. A 1650 is just too weak IMO if your budget is up to $2k.
