Dell E6410 Win 10 Boot Issue

My Dell Latitude E6410 is experiencing this issue where it will not boot into windows 10 by itself. When I press the power button, it goes through the POST cycle, and then goes to a black screen and does not do anything. However, if I go into boot device selection and manually select the HDD, it will boot just fine. I have set the boot order to legacy, with the internal HDD set as the only boot option, and boot mode as AHCI. BIOS revision is A17, and windows version is 1903 build 18362.592. Any suggestions welcome.
