Dual monitors randomly turn off Windows 10

Hi guys, 

 

Just upgraded our old parts lookup machine from Win7 to Win10 Pro 64Bit.

 

HP 7800 Desktop

Core 2 duo

8gb ram

GT710 

 

The dual monitors where fine until I upgraded to windows 10, now they both turn off and then come back on randomly but if you unplug 1 monitor the other works perfectly fine.

 

Monitor 1 is connected via a DVI to VGA adapter 

Monitor 2 is connected via HDMI to VGA adapter

 

I have tried new monitors, different GPU driver, cables.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?
