a mac user trying to play higher graphic games

hello, i have a Macbook pro and im trying to use a eGPU to play some games, im using a Razor Core X external graphics enclosure with a Radeon RX 550 2GB GDDR5 graphic card, but when i try to use it my computer restarts to the log in screen and every time i try to log in it loads only 2/3 of the wasy just to restart again

Which version of the Macbook Pro?

 

Also instead look into using GeForce now.

im using a macbook pro that haves thunderbolt 3 ports, unless your asking for updates, its 10.15.2 Catalina

 

if there is no way for this eGPU set up to work ill look into GeForce, i just wanna make sure cause ill have to look into returning this and you know, the work into making sure of stuff and all that
