Cannot sign in to my laptop

Whenever I turn on my laptop, windows won't let me sign in. The loading dots keeps circling for ages. I did not change my password or anything. The laptop boots up without any issues. How do I fix this?? WELP :"(

So bootloop?  Windows never finishes booting?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

No. I enter my password. It never really love into windows.
