Can someone help me change the refresh rate inside an Azure VM?

KUPOkinz

I am using a VM from Microsoft's Azure and it is more than capable of playing any game higher than 120fps but is locked to 30hz and sometimes 32hz. When I try to change the screen resolution, it says "this display can not be changed inside of a remote connection". Also I tried to use the Nvidia Tesla's M60 control panel but it doesn't have the options.

I found out using Parsec overrides the VM and I can set any resolution or freshrate I want (I don't know how honestly) but produces a very blurry image while connecting straight into the VM doesn't.

I also found the Remote Desktop Tool built into Windows 10 but it only allows me to scale. Any help please? Playing games at 30fps is NOT fun especially when the fps counter is in the hundreds with v-sync off.
