My build

rx590overclocker

Ryzen 5 2600

RX 590

2x8 2933 corsair memory

Gigabyte x470 ultra gaming

wd blue 500gb sata ssd

evga 650GQ

 

I want to upgrade my build.  What is the first part I should upgrade, and what should I upgrade to?  I only game at 1080, so no OP gpus.

It would be a small upgrade but I might recommend getting an SSD or an NVME if just for a boot drive.

Honestly, it looks like a fine build for 1080p already.  

 

Maybe more storage.

 

Otherwise invest in peripherals, chair, speakers, etc.  Quality of life upgrades.

when I play space engineers on steam, it lags on medium, and I only get like 50 something fps

My bad read the Western Digital as an HDD,  but peripherals would be a good upgrade. I heard there is a great deal on a gaming chair for 399.99

Ryzen 2600 is 3.9GHz boost, so 3.95 is.... basically nothing.

 

That said, if you're having problems in Space Engineers (which is poorly unoptimized), look into upgrading that GPU.  The CPU should be fine.
