Cant seem to open finalhe 19.2 on windows?

Hey everyone, first time posting. I know this isn't PC related necessarily as its a PS Vita hacking question haha, but figured at least someone would know how to help me. 

 

Ive been trying to download finalhe version 19.2 on windows 10. However, when I unzip the source file I cannot find any programs that I can open, only text documents. How do I run finalhe? I cannot figure out how to start the program. Thanks for helping, sorry if this is not fitting for this forum, haha.

if you mean you want to upgrade your PC to the latest Windows 10 build, then simply google up Windows 10 upgrade tool....download from the link and choose whichever way you want to proceed...easy as; and more sensible downloading the file direct from Microsoft rather than from 3rd. Party sources...
