I'd choose the MSI one, since it's cheaper. BUT it is a VA-panel, it has better color accuracy etc. but loses in response time since the Viewsonic has an TN-panel. Also i prefer VA over TN but everyone has their own style.

VA looks much better than TN closer to IPS in quality of image, TN's are washed out if you have ever seen side by side comparisons TN's look like junk beside a VA.

The ms refresh is literally meaningless 1ms vs 4ms , you can't tell and the VA's dont ghost like a IPS can(used to alot).

Go with the MSI VA.

In this day I'd never buy another TN panel imho they have lived out their usefulness.

VA panels used to only be able to do 60hz so they could not compete with 120-144hz TN's for gaming but that isn't the case anymore.
