Xfx rx 580 problems

So i just got my new graphics card brand new and i always get black screens when i run the card at 1386mhz which is overclocked factory settings and it is not stable at all but when i run it at 1366mhz then i still get the black screen. Also i hear so sqeak noises when i start playing a game.

check the temperatures. If it's not over 85C try lowering the core clock further

Its at 60c and it runs stable at 1030mhz which is way underclocked and it defeats the purpose of getting a powerful gpu
