Pci Power 40w will work with gpu like 570 with 6pin pci

Lenovo m83 sff pro's motherbord's pci can output max 40w and 6 pin pci power form smps can 75w,

Than if i wants to use a gpu like 1060 or rx 570 which has a tdp of 120w and 40w+75w=115w,so than will it work with this system (i am changing it to costom getting new smps and case and get one 24 pin to 14 pin connector
