Monitor advice needed.

Gaijin

Looking for a budget monitor for my new budget gaming rig. Freesync, high fps as possible and colour accurate, at least 90% srgb is what I'm looking for. I'm down to these two choices;

25 inch LG Ultrawide

electriQ 25" monitor

https://www.laptopsdirect.ie/electriq-25-full-hd-hdr-165hz-freesync-usb-c-gaming-monitor-eiq-25fhdo165fsguc/version.asp

Anyone familiar with these screens? What range does their freesync implementation work at? Are they colour accurate? Any advice would be appreciated, not that much info available for them online.

Feel free to suggest another >60hz budget IPS with freesync too. Buying from the UK.

A monitor in our days must be at least HDR (10) IPS, i am not a fan of freesync/Gsync.

 Maybe because i use 2 monitors, one main 4k and one 1080p and it cause me problems.

I am very well covered with uncaps FPS setting and Vsync in most games except FPS

HDR on PC is absolute BS at the moment, and I'm looking for a ***budget*** monitor. Also Freesync is mandatory, not HDR. For a TV, sure.
