good tall gaming/office chair with armrests that goes high

so my desk is pretty tall, and my chair isn't it's an executive chair and it's probably comfortable, my main criteria is having adjustable armrests and the chair goes high so I can have my elbow level with the desk (helps me play and my wrists hurt a lot )my budget is 275$ preferrably something ergonomic/comfortable if it's a gaming chair make sure it's not a trash chinese one with trash ergonomics
