VPN companies and use

Finally gonna sign up for something. Guess PIA is the go to? Heard something recently about someone be acquired and things may be changing. 

 

Wondering what companies you all use and how you set it up to a specific device.

But I see most offer support for several devices. So I figured I’d add everything currently connecting to my router. But my main concern is my laptop.

I’ll have to check it out once I get on a pc at home. 

 

Trying to read it all on the phone is hard. But got a lot of info I need to pick one. 

P2P is priority. Don’t care about all the other perks. So I guess I’ll use the pros of a company that suite that use best.

You could use Tor especially if your only needing a browser, but there are ways to use it like a vpn the easiest is to use orbot on android and usb tether. Plus its free.

How much do you care about your security? PIA is a terrible choice as with any other VPN you have probably heard advertised on youtube. You need to get one outside of the 14 eyes, accepts crypto as payment, doesn't have DNS leak issues, has a Canary Watch, and make sure you know who truly owns it. PIA is operated in the US and is popular so it is sure as shit not secure. Do a lot of research and make sure to look at many websites and personal reviews as many are paid BS. If you are just concerned about P2P I would highly suggest getting a seedbox. You can then get on some nice private trackers once you get a decent ratio for your name

Just keeping this here as a Tor is more secure than seedbox, and you can torrent if you set it up like i mentioned its also free and they also have a nice Linux distro if you want to go that route. It is very secure and only uses Tor. www.torproject.org There is no reason not to use it
