Adobe Photpshop and illustrator issue

Rumman

One of my friend has faced some weird problem  related to Adobe photoshop. Whenever he tries to start photoshop, it crashes. No warning nothing. He tries to reinstall everything-from windows to adobe different versions. But nothing works. Now he thinks that might be due to the ryzen processor. He is using Ryzen 5 2400G and other spacs-
GTX 1660 Amp 6 GB
Thermaltake Toughram 8x2 3200 mhz
transcend nvme m.2 256GB 110s

One variations occurred when he disable "Use Graphics Processor" at Performance tab.

What might be the problem? Is there any compatibility issues between Ryzen CPU and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator?

Ryzen shouldn't be the issue. I run it on plenty of Ryzen systems. What version is he using? Is it a genuine creative cloud version? Older standalone?

Try turning the ram speed down to 3000 or slower. I had this issue when running premiere and AE when I clocked up my ram. Ran find in games, but not in Adobe.
