Hey guys, i'm looking for a CPU cooler better than my original intel cooler i5 7400, my setup is humble and i live in 3 world country so i looking for cheap and BETTER than my original intel, AIR OR LIQUID cooling, here's my setup:

 

Asus B-250M Gamer Edition
Intel i5 7400
16gb RAM DDR4 2400mhz Hyper x Fury (4x4)
GTX 1050 ti 4gb Asus
Corsair Cooler AF120
Corsair vs650 650W
500gb HD WD Blue
120gb SSD Sandisk

i'm thinking on gammax 400, is about $20 here in Brazil, what you guys think?better than intel original?

"ripoffs" as in multiple coolers copied the Hyper 212's design with minor changes on their own. Basically that's how all cheap 4 heatpipe 120mm coolers come from

It's way better than the stock cooler, and since the i5 7400 is not overclockable, it should be more than enough to keep your CPU a lot cooler and also quieter. I wouldn't really buy anything much better than that for it since you can't overclock and lower temps alone won't improve overall system performance (unless you were previously throttling.)

Why are you looking for an aftermarket cooler?

Are temps or noise too high?

Your house doesn't need to be wide open for temps to be kept in check. There's plenty of heat lost due to lack of perfect insulation. 

Have you stressed for temps? The stock cooler should be adequate for keeping temps in check for most systems.
