cpu What CPU should i upgrade to?

Hey guys!

 

My current "cpu usage" is at 100% without any major programs or games running. So I need an upgrade, what do you suggest?

I'd like to keep my current motherboard. Pricerange could vary, give me some to choose from.  

 

My current setup:  

PSU: Corsair RM850i Modular
RAM: Crucial 16bg(2x8gb) DDR4 2400MHz, Ballistix Sport
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO
CPU: Intel Core i5 6600K 3.5GHz, 6MB, Socket 1151
CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro H75
Motherboard: MSI Z170A MPOWER GAMING TITANIUM (MS-7A16)
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Armor OC
BOX: NZXT Noctis 450 Black

i would suggest running malwarebytes and seeing what that says, before looking at spending money on a new cpu

Well balanced PC also, no need for a CPU uprgade.

I think that you have some sort of virus on your pc. I suggest the same as @WickedStarfish suggested.

Hmm strange, I run the premium AVG and it couldn't find any threats. 

Installed Malwarebytes and it detected over 30 threats...

Just re install Windows solves all the issues
