Timing vs Speed RAM on Ryzen

Been confused if I should buy a 3600MHz ram kit with a Latency of 18 or a 3000MHz ram with a latency of 14.

Which should I buy?

You could get the 3000 kit and manually overclock it, or go with easy at the 3600mhz and tighten the timings.

This is some of the best overclocking memory for the price on the market right now. It uses Micron E-Die and can easily hit 3600MHz or even higher.

can I copy the timings of the CL 14 one?

They are both the same product though.

The CL14 will be a better bin but it won't be worth it for the price. Use the Ryzen Memory Overclocking utility and it'll give you all of the necessary timings, even sub-timings.
