Stuck at 90-112fps at csgo (1660 ti)

eliah123

I have a i3 6th generation cpu and a 1660 ti gpu

One of my motherboard ram slot does not work so i am using a single 8 ram.

Will i get better fps if i upgrade my mother board and buy a ryzen 5 2600 and dual 8 ram?

When i change resolusjon or quality it does nothing to the fps always the same

CSGO doesn't rely on your gpu as much but rather your cpu.

Granted, do you need more than 90-112 fps? Are you running a high refresh rate display?

Have you uninstalled the old drivers with DDU prior to installing the 1660?

This your problem. Use DDU and remove the GeForce bloatware. It usually breaks everything
