Best RGB fans with high static pressure and ~25 db noise? Do they exist?

As the title says: I want RGB (preferably; alt just white LED) with highest possible static pressure and preferably sub 20 db  ~25 db noise levels for running cooling towers, rads and cases with high air flow restrictions (filters, small openings etc)

 

120 and 140 mm

 

Or is this an impossible quest to find?

 

Reference fans I'd like to match as much as possible: Noctua NF-A12/A14, but with RGB

your usual room ambient sound is already louder than 20db, say ~30db

I remembered wrong about the Noctuas; they are rated at 25 db, not 20 (edited orogonal post).

 

But point is, I wanna stay beneath room ambient with a single fan, because having multiple will anyhow push up the noise levels.

I don't think there's anything there mate. Noctuas are best.

Where exactly are the fans being used?

If cost isn't a concern, one of the few ways you can probably do this is to just get rgb frames like Phanteks Halos and put them on Noctuas.

Let's say then, what would the next best thing thing be? If we try to get as close as possible? I've been treating on forums and people usually go for Riing, Corsair LL or ML. Is there any truth here, or is it all bling?

Currently for my build in a define R6. I want more silence and the case is quite restrictive with its airflow. I also want to watercool, so rads would increase that airflow resistance.

 

I really don't like the look of the Phanteks Halos. Unless I wouldn't paint them myself?.... ...

I would run the fans at max 1000 rpm anyways perhaps even at 1200 if necessary.

Of the 3 you mentioned, ML's are easily the best but they aren't as quiet as fans from Noctua or BeQuiet!

If you're fine with not getting the quietest solution available, ML's are hard to go wrong with.

 

What rads are you using?

What don't you like about the Halos? They come in a neutral black or aluminum. What do you mean by paint?

I bought 2x red ML120 Pro for my 4th rad if it helps him. 2400RPM and low amperage.

 

The HD120 from Corsair that I have are fairly quiet.
