GTX 1650 or 1660 on 4th gen i5

I'm helping my uncle choose some PC upgrades and am trying to decide on a new graphics card.

 

His current specs are:

CPU: 4th gen i5, not sure which model

RAM: 8GB, again not sure if it's 2 * 4 or 1 * 8

GPU: GTX 760

PSU: It has an 8 pin power connector, so that's not likely to be an issue

 

I'm deciding between a GTX 1650 or a GTX 1660. He currently plays games like World of Tanks and World of Warships at 1080p. Perhaps the 1660 would be overkill but the 1650 is no upgrade for VRAM (both the 760 and 1650 have 4 GB).

Neither, the RX 570 likely and please do find out what PSU it is correctly since that does matter.

I've never even considered nvidia when buying GPUs since I've always gone for high end Nvidia myself, but wow the value of the RX570 is impressive.

 

How about the RX 580 instead though?

 

While I agree, if he can run a GTX 760 he can easily run a RX 570.
