PC Temp ok?

your graphics card is at.... 2 degrees celsius? unless it has some extreme cooling solution pretty sure thats not normal

It's an old card probably has a worn out sensor or it's not compatible with ICUE.

Run some stress tests and report back. Currently we can't say anything other than you are getting basic AMD related sensor issues.
