Need help to My wired network

Hi all I have 2 pc running both of them have gigabit ethernet, All cables is cat 5e or higher

one of them are my server and it will max draw 300 mbit down and 100 up

 

Then my gaming PC can draw 500 mbit

 

The server have a Celeron j3455 cpu

The gaming PC have a i7-7700k cpu

 

The router/modem is a sagecom fast3890 v3

Where is my bottleneck ?

It Is a SSD and m.2 ssd

 

I'm just trying to see maximum down so I'm checking my speed with ookla speedtest.net
