ASUS PRIME X299-A vs MSI X299 raider (My Cpu-i9 7900x)

Need your support actually I’m thinking to buy liquid cooler plus motherboard, but my budget is not too high , so wanna need your suggestion regarding these two motherboard, which one is better , acc to u.

like yeah I can go 4  med range motherboard

well... from those two i'd choose the raider, but there's better on x299

seems to be a better heatsink from my direct sight, and packs less plastic like prime-a generally does

its skylake x. there is close to no use for those CPUs as there are other cheaper options that do the job better
